Deephome is a modular prefab house, designed as a project for a university residence. The development of structural Deephome comes from the research of optimization of the space, for this reason, each module that compose the dwelling measures 2.60 square meters, using the cube as its basic form. Deephome is an environmentally friendly project is self-sustainable housing through the use of large windows with light-sensitive cells in which the positioning can take advantage of up to 80% of solar energy emitted in one day, that power will be used in evening activities carried out at home.

The first type of room is aimed at students, with two single beds, each with its own integrated workspace consists of a wardrobe and a desk.

Has a mounting system that takes advantage of the central module to allow the union of the remaining four functional components.

The kitchen has a central island which are integrated hob, oven and a U-shaped bar that will serve as the dinning room, also has a cabinet with several drawers that provide space for the placement of a refrigerator.
The roof of each module is divided into 3 panels of 86cm each, the two side windows consist of recliners that allow airflow side (when you open the window extends a filter that prevents the flow of environmental waste), finally, the central panel has a dual function: hold the wires of the apartments' power grid system and allow the passage of the people in the residential complex.
The living room has a coffee table, a sofa bed and a cabinet that allows the placement of liquor and glasses and different electronic devices as well.

COUPLE ROOM
The second type of room is the couple's one: is equipped with a double wardrobe integrated with the base of the bed, in turn equipped with two bedside tables in the back forming an unitary block.
This module is divided into two equal parts: the first corresponds to the laundry area, the second corresponds to the bathroom. Each piece measures 1.20 square meters tall and 2.60 deep.
The laundry room includes a washer-dryer, an ironing board and compartments in which you can store your clothes.

The residential unit, composed by X number of houses, is buried: for this reason the large windows, whose function is to preserve the proper lighting and ventilation of the modules within inhabited areas, are located in the upper part.
