“La Textilera” is the result of the search for rich graphic elements that intended to create a position of privilege unique in the market of textile manufacturing. The endings of each character represents analogically the scissors shape, an element that is in the overlap of the stems of the "X", this element generates a double readability: the "X" besides to be an a typographic character, becomes now an iconic element that represents at the same time a needle and scissors as well, two key tools in textile industry..

 

The complementary graph is based on floral motifs typical of the movement of the Arts & Crafts where tries to reclaim the primacy of the human over the machine and dependent of human intervention.
